Please read the registration flow carefully before proceeding to registration.

The participant portal is available only after completing conference registration. It is not linked to DPP membership.

IMPORTANT: The participant portal will close one month after the conference.
Please download your receipt before the portal closes.
The conference office is unable to provide receipts after this date.

Registration fee should be paid online before the conference.

On-site payment may take time due to limited staff.

Registration fee includes

  2. Conference materials

Complimentary refreshments and welcome reception

  • Coffee and refreshments during breaks
  • Welcome reception

Participation in the welcome reception is optional and no fee reduction is available for non-attendance.

Notice: Consumption tax

  • No tax is levied on members.
  • For non-members, the price includes consumption tax.

Receipt

Receipts can be downloaded from the Participant Portal.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend, please notify the AAPPS-DPP CEO M. Kikuchi before the conference week. Paid fees will be reimbursed with a deduction.
