About Lunch Box
While there are several restaurants available near the conference venue. (Please refer to google map), lunch boxes will also be offered for your convenience.
Lunch Box Reservation
Participants can reserve lunch boxes (bento) during the conference.
Each lunch box includes green tea and costs 1,000 JPY.
Three options are available:
Lunch boxes will be available from Monday, September 22 to Friday, September 26. You may choose specific days according to your preference. Reservations can be made through the "Registration" page. Participants who order lunch will receive lunch tickets upon on-site registration. Please present your ticket at the lunch distribution area to receive your bento.
Reservation Deadline: 24:00 (UTC), August 31, 2025.
Please note that lunch reservations cannot be made after this date.
If you notify us of your cancellation by this date, a refund will be provided in Japanese yen at the conference venue during the conference period. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline, so please plan accordingly.
