How can we get visa information?

Refer to the page of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

How can we get visa application documents to be prepared by the inviter?

After you make a registration to attend the conference and complete payment for the registration fee, visa application button will appear on website. Length of stay that we can support is Maximum of 8 days (6 days for the meeting + 2 additional days). We are unable to support stays in Japan exceeding 9 days. *The documents will be sent to those who request on a first-come-first-served basis.
