Presentation Information

Oral Presentations

  • Please use your own PC for your presentation.
  • Connect to the venue’s HDMI cable.
  • It is strongly recommended that you check in advance to ensure your presentation materials display correctly.
  • Presentation times are as follows:
    • Plenary Lecture (30 min): 25 min presentation + 5 min Q&A
    Invited Lecture (20 min): 16 min presentation + 4 min Q&A
    Contributed Oral Presentation (15 min): 12 min presentation + 3 min Q&A
    Special Session Lecture (40 min): 35 min presentation + 5 min Q&A

    Poster Presentations

    Location: 2F, Room 201+202
    Board Size: Suitable for portrait A0 size (841 × 1189 mm).
    Materials: Tape and push pins will be provided by the organizers.
    Display Guidelines:
  • Poster-only presenters: You may display their posters throughout the entire conference period.
  • Additional poster presenters (oral + poster): Please display your poster on the day of your poster session.
    • Removal Guidelines:
  • Additional poster presenters (oral + poster): Remove your poster immediately after your poster session.
    Posters left on the boards after 18:30 will be removed by staff to allow the next day’s presenters to display their posters.
