New Registration Log-in (My Page)

Registration fee should be paid on-line before the conference.
At the conference site, payment will take time since there will be minimum peoples in charge.
Registration fee includes
1) Admission to all conference sessions,
2) Coffee break, welcome reception
3) Conference Materials.

Conference banquet
Conference banquet fee will be notified in 1st announcement or conference web site.

　　Notice: regarding consumption tax of registration fee
　　1) No tax is levied on members ,
　　2) For non-members, the price includes consumption tax.
Receipt
Receipt can be downloaded from "Log-in (My Page)".

Cancellation
In case a participant is unable to come to the conference and notify about it to AAPPS-DPP CEO M. Kikuchi before the conference week, paid fee will be reimbursed with some reduction.

Visa
Participants who are from countries and regions not listed in the List of Countries and Regions that have Visa Exemption Arrangements with Japan need to obtain short term business visa to enter Japan. Refer to the page of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for visa information.

You can request for visa application documents such as a letter of invitation on conference website.
After you make a registration and complete payment for registration fee, visa request form will appear.

Length of stay that we can support is Maximum of 8 days (6 days for the meeting + 2 additional days).
We are unable to support stays in Japan exceeding 9 days.
*The documents will be sent to those who request on a first-come-first-served basis.
